HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

May the year of the RAT be a great year for all!!

Went to my grandad (mom's side) to "bai nian" on the 1st day of CNY as usual. Have always been looking forward to this annual family gathering. We get to see cousins and relatives who we only see once a year!

This year, instead of just playing "bun lut", I decided to bring along my Nintendo Wii. My Wii has not failed to bring joy and laughter to parties so far. Even my little nieces and nephew (my cousin's kids) enjoyed watching a bunch of adults doing silly actions in front of the tv.

Of course, no CNY is complete without a few rounds of "bun lut". My bro is the BIG winner this year. And I'm the BIGGEST loser! Darn! But he won coz he robbed my mom of her lucky 20c. Mom was on a winning streak until he literally snatched my mom's lucky 20c with had been helping her win. And it's downhill for my mom and uphill for my bro from then on. My relatives at the table just had fun watching this family feud.

Like our usual 1st-day-of-CNY tradition, me and my bro went to my cousin's place for overnight majong. But this year we only have "3 legs" coz 1 of our cousins had a flight to catch early next morning (2 hours from now actually). Somehow we ended up with the Wii again.

Think we are gonna become Wii addicts real soon...

Gotta go sleep now. Just came back from supper after the supposed majong session. Really sleepy. Need to wake up early tomolo for temple. Catching CJ7 tomolo afternoon. Looking forward to a good laugh... = )
